Spiritual Poet and Encourager for Jesus Christ!

One step at a time I take towards the light. I hear a voice calling out for salvation and rest. It is a soothing voice that speaks with divine truth. I cannot turn away from it anymore. It is a familiar voice I once heard over and over again. I had often strayed away from it for far too long.  I start to take another step closer to that voice of truth. No more turning back, so here I go. As I wearily walk to that miraculous glow.  Pieces of me that have weighed me down now fall to the floor. My heart is bruised and scarred by the relentless abuse of this world. I come empty handed with nothing to offer but my battered heart. As I relinquish my heart to the one that calls, I feel a sense of  renewal and restoration. He calmly whispers to me I am redeemed and my soul is saved.  My immeasurable debt has been paid and by his wounds I am healed.
